Filing a DMCA takedown notice
If you believe content hosted on or linked from this site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (e.g. the URL) that we can locate it.
- Your contact information — address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-notification
If content you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
Repeat infringers
MacAura reserves the right to terminate access for users found to be repeat infringers.
